Die Lage war sehr gut. Fußläufig zur Innenstadt und zur Straba. Guter Preis. Die FW ist nett eingerichtet, hauptsächlich im IKEA- Stil. Extra Schlafzimmer. Auschecken bis 11 Uhr möglich. Vor dem Haus eingeschränkte Parkmöglichkeit. Wir hatten Glück, 10 Euro/24 h, akzeptabel. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

Sehr altes Haus, was einer Renovierung dringend bedarf. Im Treppenhaus riecht es sehr "muffig" nach feuchten Wänden. Das Bad ist extrem klein, ohne Fenster. Die Handtücher trocknen schlecht. Das Doppelbett ist nur 1,60 m breit. Zu kleiner Esstisch für 4 Personen. Herdplatte nur für zwei Töpfe. Zu klein für 4 Personen. Für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität nicht geeignet. WLAN sehr langsam.

Die Lage ist einfach top. Alles in der Innenstadt fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Um‘s Eck ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle mit 2 Linien, die direkt zum Hbf fahren. Gleichzeitig ist es absolut ruhig. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist zudem sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet und gemütlich. Wenn man will kann man kochen. Alles da.

Ich habe keine Beanstandungen.
