This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 17.85 per person or bring their own. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Towels: 8 EUR per person, per stay. Dear guests, we would like to point out that the new construction of the Barther Hafenquartier will probably be implemented by mid-2024. Although the investor and the construction company making the effort to keep the impairment caused by the construction work as low as possible, increased noise levels can be expected from time to time in the course of the work.
