"Nice and quiet location to visit Cologne area by car (only 25 minutes away)"

Good and quiet area, not far from Cologne. Restaurants and shops nearby. Very good value for money. I recommend it for weekend stay. Kitchen fully equipped. Comfortable beds. A lot of space for parking the car in form of the building.

In general everything was ok, but room description on the advert needs to be changed, because two bedrooms have big double beds inside, instead of two single beds in one of bedrooms. It is not a big deal, but we had to allocate our colleagues differently. No issue apart from it.

Very spacious, comfortable and clean.... all basic amenities were provided....

In this day and time, Especially for a Messewohnung, if there is no WiFi available its hard to overlook. We did manage with our mobile networks, but after hard at Messe to take care of pending tasks and emails a WiFi is a must. Also, the owner should have mentioned it clearly that there is no WiFi available... we might have booked other facilities just because of that.
