Der Blick aus Wasser ist sensationell und die Lage perfekt! Auch ist das Appartement grundsätzlich gut geschnitten.

Die Wohnung war unhygienisch - in jeder Ecke Spinnenweben, überall Staub, im Schlafsofa Essensreste der Vormieter, das Geschirr angeschlagen, der Staubsauger seit Monaten nicht geleert und die Matratze durchgelegen. Jede Wand der Wohnung zeigt Spuren der Vorbewohner auf, das Sideboard gefühlt mit defekten Elektrogeräten und Hinterlassenschaften der ehemaligen Bewohner
