Babette Apartments are perfectly located near the Rathaus, on a great street with cafes and stores. The apartment we stayed in had a well appointed kitchen (really, every kitchen appliance you could need and lovely dishes,too). Our rental one bedroom was very spacious and nicely decorated . The renovated bathroom was beautifully designed and the shower was great. We loved the comfort and convenience of the Babette Apartments, and will absolutely stay there next time we visit Lubeck.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. It wasn’t a real issue for us, but it’s an old building with steep stairs. It’s worth the climb to the apartment but it’s worth noting if you have a disability.

The bathroom and toilet was upstairs with very steep stairs.

So much room in the spacious and stylish apartment. It was so central to all the facilities in Lubeck and a very practical location being less than a mile from the station. All the facilities were excellent, with plenty of room all round. The settees and dining area were roomy, well appointed and yet home from home. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved the quirky spiral staircase access to the upper double room. The owner had given very detailed instructions for obtaining the key which was reassuring, but on the day, they intercepted us as we arrived, which was a nice touch and made it more personal. We just wished we spoke more German as they seemed very friendly! If you are hesitating in making a booking here - don't, as you might miss the opportunity - staying here made our visit really super all round!

Everything was excellent! If pressed, as we liked to eat in for our evening meal, probably an extra oven shelf would have been useful, plus an oven glove and a couple of baking trays to cook food might have been handy, but we made do and it wasn't a problem. If you ate out for evening meals these things wouldn't have been needed.

Very good place, good space and facilities, all clean and confortable. Quite street close to caffee, trade and supermarket. Good conection by bus.
