"Großzügige Wohnung, nahe Stadtzentrum."

Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und mit allen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet, ferner sind grundlegende Gewürze, Öl und eine Spülmaschine vorhanden. Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Aldi/Edeka, Metzger) fußläufig (ca 1 km) vorhanden. Im Nachbarhaus ein kleines chinesisches Lokal, mit ordentlichem Essen zu fairen Preisen. Das Doppelbett bequem, die Schlafcouch für den dritten Mann ebenfalls ausreichend. Bettzeug und Handtücher, Handseife vorhanden. Das Badezimmer groß und ferner ein überdachter Balkon, auf dem wir gemütlich und trocken sitzen konnten. Da wir zu den BMW-Days mit den Motorräder angereist sind, konnten wir die Tiefgarage nutzen. Der Check-in lief via WhatsApp komplikationslos, alles weitere ebenfalls ohne Probleme.

Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte wissen das die Wohnung an einer sehr befahrenen Straße liegt und es bei offenem Fenster in den Morgenstunden etwas unruhig wird. Ferner ist der Raum mit der Schlafcouch nicht vollständig abzudunkeln, sodass dies anzumerken ist und leichten Punktabzug gibt.

Location perfect for my business purpose, but also within walking distance from the town centre; available umbrellas, very useful due to rainy weather, apartment ammenities enough for the use; would benefit from a TV (or a radio...).

If there was a TV (or a radio); all the rest was perfect.
