Ruim comfortabel appartement op 4e etage in een net flatgebouw met lift in een rustig straatje. Ook in de winter is het er niet koud maar lekker warm. We hebben goed geslapen op de bedden met fijne matrassen. De slaapbank is ook heel goed en er kunnen twee lange volwassenen op slapen. Vier warme dekbedden aanwezig. Veel extra's zoals wasrek, föhn, bureau met bureaustoel, trapje, opstapje, schoonmaakspullen. Goed uitgeruste keuken met keramische kookplaat met twee pitten. Groot raam in de keuken met weids uitzicht. Handige opening van keuken naar woonkamer. Aan de woonkamer zit balkon. Ook daar mooi uitzicht, op de straatkant, en naar de heuvels in de verte. Centrale ligging, 20 minuten lopen van de Museumsmeile. Tramhalte op 5 minuten lopen en supermarkten Lidl en Rewe vlakbij, alsmede drie goede bakkerijen en een DM-drogist. Prettige eigenaar. We komen graag terug!

Er was geen lamp boven het aanrecht in de keuken en er was geen lamp boven de eettafel. En de extra klapstoelen zijn te wankel om er op te kunnen zitten. Slechts 1 huissleutel. Benedendeur m te openen door op knop sprechen en knop hören tegelijk te drukken. Dit zijn kleinigheden. Verder alles heel goed.

The location is excellent, making it easy to walk to the UN campus. The place is comfortable and provides all the basics features needed for a stay. It’s a cost-effective option, offering convenience and practicality in a great area.

I had a very good stay overall. However, the Wi-Fi is okay, but not strong enough for work, so having mobile data is a good idea. The mattress needs replacement, and the towels may not be sufficient (if you go for a run or need more than one shower a day, this could be inconvenient). Despite these small issues, it remains a cost-effective option.

Everything was great

The apartment was ideally located near a tram line. There were a number of nice restaurant near by too and a Lidl was 200 metres away. The street was very quiet and residential.

The bathtub shower was narrow and awkward to get in and out of. The shower head was on the sidewall. This was a minor issue.

Location, the neighborhood was quiet, pleasant, with 2 supermarkets nearby. It was close to World conference center, it was important for me as it was venue of climate conference and UN facilities. The landlady was really nice, she met me at property with keys, explained all needed details, and even said to call her if I need her help. The landlord was nice too, he came to sign my paper I needed and brought an iron. He has to come over again for another signature on Saturday.
