Die Ferienwohnung war bei Anreise unbewohnbar (Schimmel am Sofa, starker Geruch) Ich bot der Vermittlung an, die Wohnung gemeinsam zu prüfen- wurde aber abgewiesen. Null Kundenservice, keine Erstattung, obwohl die Wohnung im gleichen Zeitraum erneut vermietet wurde. Sehr enttäuschend und unprofessionell - nicht zu empfehlen!!
