Patrick is the perfect host. Easy to communicate with, charming, helpful. The apartment was in the most perfect location - in the heart of Fussen with so many things to do around and easy access everywhere. apartment is spacious, equipped with everything you need, clean and comfortable.

The apartment was clean, close to the old town centre, the parking was handy but there is a daily charge of 7 Euro.

The apartment is advertised as including a kitchen, which can be seen in the photos shown in the listing. When we arrived the apartment did not have a kitchen, just a small fridge, kettle and a some plates. As it turns out there are two apartments in the same property. One with a kitchen and one without! The photos shown are a mix of both. We asked to move but was told the apartment we wanted was not available as it was booked, but the apartment was empty!

The hotel is just in the heart of the city. Loved the room!

rooms were very spacious. All the equiptment we needed was available and functioning and the apartements location -just at the edge of the city center- was great. Small supermarket at 50m distance.

The appartement is located above a restaurant. The air-outlet of that restaurant exhailes on the same level as where the terrace of the appartement is located. During 'cooking hours' it is therefore not really possible to enjoy the terrace. The only thing we missed was a comfortable sofa or armchairs to read a book in or watch tv. The bench around the dinner-table is ok for having dinner or lunch but after an hour or so you really need something more comfortable.

Really lovely apartment. Very clean. Super close to the restaurants. Couple minutes walk to the train/bus stations. Host was fantastic, provided all information we needed.

Wifi is a bit hit and miss but the host did warn us when we got there. Plus we were only in the room at night so wasn’t a big deal for us.

Everything was brilliant ,we really enjoyed are stay, location was close to everything, was very clean and the bed was very comfy , easy check in with great staff and parking facility .and the views of the castle and garden to relax ,overall we had amazing stay.

Thier was nothing that we didn't like, maybe providing some sugar and milk for a morning coffee . But we loved are stay

Clean and modern with a great forest view, on top of restaurant serving quality Babarian food.
