La ville de Stade : centre historique magnifique et proximité d'une gare permettant de rayonner facilement sans voiture vers Hambourg, Lübeck, Cuxhaven puis Helgoland, Brême... Logement spacieux et calme, la chambre donnant sur une cour intérieure possibilité de garage sous-terrain à proximité.

The location is directly in the middle of Stade and close to the hustle and bustle of the town but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. It's also only a few minutes' walk to the main supermarket, Kaufland. The flat was surprisingly big, modern and clean and had all the facilities we needed. The host were prompt with responses, helpful and very friendly. We had a fantastic time and will definitely book here again. It was over and above what we expected

Nothing, it was perfect

I can't think of a better location in Stade. This was simply the heart of the old town. Excellent location walking distance to many nice restaurants, etc.

Given the type of the building structure the place needs a stronger WiFi signal. The main issue is in the area none of the German telecom providers have a good reach (which is in fact not he fault of the property and more of a general problem in most of small German cities) but then you get easily cut of if you need to look online for a restaurant, etc.

The location of the apartment is perfect. Right in the centre of the old town. The apartment is very beautifully decorated and has everything you need to enjoy a stay in Stade. It has two toilets which was a great plus. The availability of the parking facility is very handy.

It wasn't very clear which apartment in the building it was as there were no door numbers on the door.
