Everything is great, clean, there is all you need for shorter or longer stay. Tram line just outside in one minute walk.

Noise in the street. There is a tram line just outside the appartment, so if you sleep with open windows (because it’s hot) probably you are awake at 5 in the morning as everyone starts to go to work. If the windows are closed, so all is good.
