Sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt, ruhige Wohnungsnachbarn. Sehr gut befahrbare Tiefgarage, großzügige Breite des Stellplatzes. Präzise, zeitnahe und freundliche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin.

Beide Duschköpfe stark verkalkt. Der große Duschkopf (Regendusche) dadurch kaum zu gebrauchen, die Handbrause noch brauchbar.

Unkompliziertes ein und auschecken, Parkplatz inklusive in der Tiefgarage, Lift im Haus vorhanden, sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Zu Fuss alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Innenstadt gut erreichbar.
