"Ruhige weitläufige Anlage in schöner Umgebung!"

In dem Angebot gibt es kein Frühstück, da es ausdrücklich als Selbstversorgungs-Angebot in einer größeren Gemeinschaftsunterkunft gekennzeichnet war. Die Lage ist traumhaft in Nähe der Elbe und wunderbar ruhig. Selbstverständlich waren (Gemeinschaftsunterkunft!!!) mehrere weitere Gäste dort und daher herrschte keine 'Grabesruhe', sondern eine wunderbare Mischung aus Gemeinschaft und herrlichen langen Ruhe-Phasen. Alle Besucher haben Rücksicht aufeinander genommen.

Es gibt keine Beanstandungen. Hier wurde an alles gedacht!

"Wohnen an einem wundervollen Park, ein besonderer Ort."

Das gesamte Ensemble der Villen mit dem Park war sehr besonders. Auch das Zimmer mit der hervorragend ausgestatteten Gemeinschaftskücke und dem Speiseraum hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Da können wir nichts anführen.

"Wir kommen gerne wieder"

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und haben uns wieder gut zurecht gefunden. Darum haben wir gleich für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht.

Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.

"Wir wären gerne noch geblieben"

Für eine Zwischenübernachtung auf dem Weg nach Usedom haben wir in der VITA Ferienresidenz übernachtet. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer. Die Gemeinschaftsküche war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Allem was man zum Kochen hätte brauchen können. Es gab einen großen Kühlschrank, in dem jeder sein eigenes verschließbares Fach hatte, toll! Und im Esszimmer konnte man an einem der Tische gemütlich essen. Abends haben wir einen Spaziergang durch den Bausch-Park gemacht. Wir wären gerne noch geblieben :).

Vor unserem Fenster stand eine Bank (außerhalb des Grundstücks), auf der bis tief in die Nacht lauthals geredet wurde. Aber dafür kann die VITA Ferienresidenz ja nichts ;).
