Die Lage zur Innenstadt, 1.Etage war perfekt, die Wohnung war sauber und eine gute Raumaufteilung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Der Balkon könnte sauberer sein, an verschiedenen Stellen wuchs Grünzeug, an anderer Stelle war der Putz am abfallen, der Sonnenschirmständer müsste auch mal gereinigt werden und in den Ecken lag viel Schmutz.
