Studio Apartment University/Terrace (Ackermann)

Service and facilities are excellent

What a great place to stay in Dresden. The appartment is cosy, it has a nice little garden and a very comfy bed. We parked the car for free - there was always a place to park.

Comfortable bed. Bathroom/shower was great. Kitchen appliances/accessories was a nice touch. Close to tram station which takes you directly into city centre. Walking distance to grocery store.

No Air Conditioning or Fan provided. It was very hot during our stay which made it slightly uncomfortable. You will hear the trams passing frequently between 6am - 10pm.

Spacious and comfortable apartment with a comfortable bed (mattress is on the soft side), well-equipped kitchenette (coffee machine, dishware), table, chairs, armchairs, etc. Excellent communication with the owner. Good cleanliness. Central location.

The apartment has a pivotal location, near tram #11 and bus #61. It was very well prepared and clean, with extra covers, pillows and kitchenware . Excellent for singles and couples (maybe not for families). The owner provided clear and easy to follow instructions. Value for money is fair.

As the apartment is directly on the street (which is an advantage in some way), one hears everything that moves on four wheels ;), especially the Tram
