Die gute Lage an der Strandstraße nur 200 m von der Seebrücke . Es gibt einen Parkplatz in der Toegarage.

Leider verfügt das Haus nicht über einen Aufzug und der Fahrradkeller ist nicht wirklich nutzbar: zu viele Schrotträder und zu klein.
