Die Lage, direkt an der Fußgängerzone!

Kaffee kochen und Teewasser zusammen kochen, ging nicht. Kochplatte war warm und Kaffeemaschine hätte dort stehen müssen!

"Neuwertige Wohnung mit Potenzial, man kann mehr draus machen"

Sehr zentral zur Altstadt und Hafen

Die Matratze oben im Schlafzimmer war sehr dünn und weich , man spürte jede Nacht das Lattenrost, sodass man kaum schläft , musste Balkonmöbel Auflagen hinzufügen damit man weich schläft . Balkon Dielen waren verschmutzt mit Moos, bin öfter ausgerutscht. Bräuchte mal eine intensive Hochdruckreinigung, sowie andere Balkone auch denke ich. Kaffeemaschine schon in die Jahre gekommen, sie lief Träge durch und verkalkt Ansonsten war der Rest der Wohnung in Ordnung und ok
