When i arrived the i call the contact number,this hotel is in the border they don’t speak English good,i arrived to the location,i called she doesn’t speak English good she asked me to come to N:4 i went to house number 4 but she was meaning room n:4 after i waited long time we saw a person downstairs on the address where is indicated he saw us we were waiting on n:4 house and we went to bring luggage and pass next to him he didn’t tell us nothing. After we came to this address n:8 and went up to room n:4 after we called her many times and her English was so bad we could finally go inside,we asked for towels she answered we don’t have service after 10:00 pm But this no need service towels must to be inside the room ,i texted her and told her ok i want towels in the morning,but also she didn’t answer and didn’t send us towels,after that i took shower and make the cover of the bed like towel. It was so bad experience and never repeat it. When we say the place from outside we thought this is no one can leave her it look like abandoned

the owner of the hostel isnt there so it was hard to reach them but they were so kind
