"Superb"

Location is comfortable as a base for trips around Rust, Freiburg and the Rhine area. The place is clean well equipped. Has air conditioning, if the heat gets high.

The beds were too soft for our backs. Location is good but no view.

Host was super nice. Keys were very easy to collect. The apartment was very clean and smelled so clean and fresh.

The property is modern and nice and the hosts are super helpful and supportive. They respond quickly and try to meet expectations. Property is very close to Europa Park by car and has good connections to the highways and to the Black Forest. Property has a good parking. Each room is air-conditioned with individual controls and hence ideal for summers also. Over-all recommended.

If you are a light sleaper, ask the owners to perhaps allocate you an apartment not facing the street. As cars passing by can be heard in the early morning if the bedroom faces the street.

"It seems that the owner turned off the AC at 12 o'clock at night to save costs.."

The location was great.

We did the reservation on two appartments from this building because of the air conditioner (AC) and the hot weather on July (on the reservation dates 38C°). The AC worked one day, but the second day lost its current on two appartments at 00:00 at night. I woke up at 3 AM because to hot on my room, all te windows were closed and the AC didnt had electricity, In the second appartment happened the same at same time and they also had problems to sleep. The host told us it may be because of the window sensors, but no windows was manipulated from 20:00 in the appartments. It really seems that he just closed the current for both AC systems at 00:00 to save electricity. The rest was just fine but I will not visit the appartments any more.

"Everything was good"

We liked our stay here. The owners were very friendly, the communication was great even before coming. We knew right away what to expect and it didn't disappoint. The apartment was clean the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

All was good. Would come again.
