On the positive side, the check-in staff was polite and professional. The apartment itself was very clean, and the facilities were well maintained. The decoration, accessories, and overall interior design were excellent, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The bed linen and covers were fresh and recently washed, which added to the comfort. Cleaning supplies were provided, and the kitchen was well equipped with the necessary utensils. These details were well taken care of and made a good impression.

I stayed in this accommodation in Nuremberg, and while the location was convenient, I faced several issues during my stay: • Internet: The Wi-Fi connection was very weak. Even though I was given another username and password, it only worked near the entrance lobby and not inside the rooms. The explanation given was that maintenance work was the reason, but after asking the workers directly, they confirmed it was not related. • Parking: The listing mentioned nearby parking, but in reality, there was no available parking, which caused additional inconvenience. • Communication: I sent several detailed messages, but the replies I received were very short and did not address all of my questions clearly. • Check-in times: The check-in policy is between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM, which is important to know if you are arriving late. Unfortunately, this information was only shown after completing the booking. Overall, these issues made my stay less comfortable than expected. I hope the management can improve these points for future guests.

Tout est exceptionnel dans l'appartement. Bien propre et bien aéré, nous avons pu dormir paisiblement. Nous avons tous décidé que le jour où on retournera en Allemagne, on passera notre séjour dans le même appartement.
