Everything was great. From beginning until the end. Our workers who have stayed here were really happy and enjoyed their stay. We will certainly come back!

Heating went off and it wasn't clear how to get it back on. Some sort of concise explanation would help.

I loved the attention to detail, small towels to dry your hands in the bathroom, a filled rack of ice cubes in the freezer and a bottle of mineral water in the fridge. The apartment felt very spacious. The instructions to enter the property were easy to follow. The location was excellent: walking distance to the charming center and close to Heidelberg and Mannheim for day trips. We would definitely consider returning.

For one the picture advertised was not what we received. The towels were so old I would not use them for rags. They smelled and so did the sheets we slept in. Luckily I was able to get clean and fresh smelling sheets from my close friend who lives in Weinheim.

Location

I thought I booked first floor but in Europe that means 1 level up so the stairs were a bit of a problem for us seniors with mobility issues.

Very good location, nice and comfortable room with enough facilities, and very supportive service. Excellent environment and inside decoration. Will choose it next times when stay in Weinheim again.
