Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, modern, hell und gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt sehr zentral; ein Katzensprung zur Einkaufsstraße und den Restaurants; 2 Minuten zum Strand. Der Süd/Südwest-Balkon ist sehr schön und groß. Die Aussicht ist herrlich: blickdichte Baumgruppe im 2. Stock, tolle Geräuschkulisse aus der Vogelwelt, "spielende" Eichhörnchen. ;-) Für jedes Appartement steht in der Tiefgarage ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Top: schöne große Parkplätze, perfekt gemacht für SUV!

Der Süd/Südwest-Balkon ist nicht überdacht, wie auf den Fotos gezeigt. Ein Sonnenschirm oder eine Markise sind leider nicht vorhanden.
