Apartment location was great and it was very clean and well stocked.

We did not get instructions on how to get in the apartment so we had to call the number provided in the booking. They were not there and the key was left in the door. We tried to call on another day with some questions but they did not answer and we also sent a message here in booking, which they never replied to. The apartment was overheated and there were no way to lower the temperature.

Fabulous inspirational apt perfectly furnished and appointed, absolutely clean and comfortable. Right beside gondola, a min walk to local bakery and restaurant just a few steps away, perfect combination.

There is no reception so finding a way to actually "check-in" was difficult. Best to know the apt no. in advance as the door was opened and key was inside.
