Good communication with the host. Convenient access to public transport (tram stop very close). Lovely interior, comfortable beds. A nice surprise from the hosts. Convenient parking.
Being close to the tram line and a street, the room was quite noisy when windows open, especially in the early morning hours. Ear plugs help though :)

The apartment we rented was very spacious, clean and well furnished. This is a great base for exploring the city with tram stops just outside on both sides of the road.
