Tvarkingas, paprastas butas su dideliu kambariu miegojimui, virtuve ir wc/dušo patalpa. Švaru, paprastas įėjimas. Smagu buvo rasti putojančio vyno. Virtuvėje visko užteko. Paprastas susisiekimas su miesto centru tramvajumi.

Nors ir aiškiai nurodyta, kad nerūkoma, bet matyt pasitaiko niekadėjų nepaisančių šio draudimo. Nepratusiems prie visuomeninio transporto garsų gali būti kiek triukšminga.

Zimmer an der Hauptstraße leider durchgehend lärm, im Sommer mit Fenster zu unerträglich.

The apartment is in a great location. There is a very nice park right across the street, so if you travel with your dog it is very convenient. Also there is a direct tram connection to the downtown and many grocery shops plus one large shopping centre nearby. Parking is available in the courtyard of the property. A complimentary bottle of sparkling wine welcomed us in the cozy and clean apartment. Check-in and check-out were very easy. I can warmly recommend this accommodation.

Noise from the main street was heard during the day and at night, but we were there during summer heatwave, so we could hear it mostly because we had the windows open. One of the little decoration pillows on the bed was a bit dirty (but otherwise everything was clean).
