Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. 150 Euro sind völlig unangemessen!Vergleichbare Wohnungen sind in deutlich besserer Lage und sogar mit Blick auf die Ostsee stehen für unter 100 Euro zur Verfügung. Der Blick von beiden Zimmern und vom Balkon auf Parkplatz und auf Balkone von Nachbarn Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist kleiner als eine Gefängniszelle und hat weder einen Schrank, noch einen Tisch oder eine Sitzgelegenheit. Die Ausstattung besteht aus einem einfachen Etagenbett und einem kleinen Regalschränkchen, kaum nutzbar ist.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist unschlagbar. Der gepflegte Strand mit Strandkorbvermietung einer Bar und weiteren Restaurants oder Snacks sind nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Parkplatz befindet sich auf dem eigenen Gelände der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist sauber und großzügig gestaltet. Die Einrichtung dieser erlaubt auch sich selbst größere Gerichte zu zubereiten. Auch Kühlungsborn Ost befindet sich mit seiner Einkaufsmeile nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.
