Easy to get the keys, nice sofa

Poor facilities, e.g. no heating in bedrooms, shower blocked so flooded the bathroom, broken tab in kitchen, hay on carpet in living room, broken entry doorknob so it fell off, broken hooks, broken bench so kid squeezed her finger badly, dirt on floor behind tables next to the bed Furthermore from the discription we expected a farm with different animals and maybe organic products (it say bio Hofgut) but it was just a horse club

It was a beautiful countryside location with horse stables. The presence of the horses nearby made the whole experience very relaxing. The WiFi connection worked decent and made up for the poor cell phone reception in the area.

The cell phone reception in that area is not very good, not fault of the hosts. The heaters situated in the room were not working and written requests to turn them on went unanswered.

The location

It was really really very bad stay. The apartment was extremely unhygienic, nasty and full with spider and mosquitoes. Even it was not cleaned. Room heating system also didn't worked Even after reporting the issue.

The shower outlet was blocked.

Clean bedding, clean kitchen and bathroom . Spacious rooms and good for people with dogs .

During our stay we didn't had any signals , and for shower there wasn't any hot water, tried to get hold of owner couldn't reached out,

Excellent PRICE / QUALITY ratio! The room is large, cozy, incredibly clean, there is a kitchenette with everything you need Equipment. The eco hotel is located on the stable, for me the view of the stable is familiar, because I have a horse and I go to the stable every day, so this atmosphere is familiar to me. We saw several horses. The hotel is a separate building with parking. You can buy beer and drinks from the fridge. The restaurant is a bit far away, so if you arrive in the evening, take food with you and cook something in your room. Hospitable, large clean room and eco) I really recommend.

Overall it was a nice an spacious facility on the quiet countryside.

I would have appreciate if it could have been a little more clean. From the Photos, I got a very jice, clean and modern impression. On the site itself then, it was older than i thought and maybe also a bit "dusty".

The owner of the hotel is not a person I can recommend. If an invoice is required for your stay you will certainly not get it. Many thanks to the owner for replying to my message ONCE and saying that he did not get my email address when the email address was just above the message he sent :)
