Ruhige Lage in Nebenstraße, alles ist funktional und zweckmäßig eingerichtet ohne Extras, die Grundbedürfnisse sind befriedigt. E-Bike Garage mit Lademöglichkeit vorhanden.

Die Größe der Wohnung ist für zwei Personen insgesamt ausreichend, Dusche/WC ist winzig. Kritisch für größere Bewohner ist die lichte Raumhöhe von weniger (!!) als zwei Meter, auch für eine Souterrain-Wohnung kaum erträglich (wir waren meist unterwegs und nur zum Schlafen vor Ort).
