Good quiet location with parking for the bikes 2 decent bathrooms makes it easier for a large group. Clean bathrooms and kitchen area.

Even basics that should be there on arrival at any location we're missing, no soap to wash hands after the toilet, no towels, even hand towels were missing. No sheets on the beds No quilt or pillow covers, it had a cheap hostel feel rather than a holiday apartment , I would not expect to have to pay £90 extra for 6 linen packs to make beds up after a long trip to get there. Had to buy extra toilet rolls, they should also be supplied. If you pay for all those extras you may as well get a good B&B and have your breakfast cooked for you. For 6 male adults the rooms were not suitable, one has child beds and the others doubles , top rooms very warm and stuffy. Beds are not comfy Not a harsh review just being honest
