Die Ausstattung und Lage entsprachen völlig den Angaben. Anfängliche Schwierigkeiten mit dem WLAN konnten dank des engagierten Einsatzes des Vermittlers ausgeräumt werden. Das Apartment wurde sehr sauber vorgefunden, auch die Flure und das Treppenhaus waren, besonders im Hinblick auf das Schmuddelwetter, stets sauber (und zusätzlich wurde auf unserem Flur offenbar renoviert, was uns nicht störte, da wir tagsüber ohnehin unterwegs waren).

Die Parkplätze am Objekt sind jeweils einzelnen Apartments zugeordnet. Das spielte während unseres Aufenthalts insofern keine Rolle, dass etliche Wohnungen nicht belegt waren und mehr als ausreichender Parkraum zur Verfügung stand.
