"Great location and good value for money."

Great location. 10-15 minutes away from the city center (central train station) by tram or U-bahn (local subway). Tram stop in 2 minutes on foot and U-bahn stop is 5-7 minutes on foot. A large grocery store Edeka is nearby (5-8 minutes on foot). There was really comfortable temperature inside the apartment even when it was really hot outside (I don't know how it works, but it does).

Washing machine in the basement, but looks like it is some local rules or laws.
