Great location on the outskirts of the town with lovely views and access to the forest. There is a friendly and helpful lady called Jeanette who meets you on arrival and shows you around the park. There is free dedicated parking on site. Apartment was well equipped and quiet.

Some of the other residents of the park seem to not like foreign tourists using the pool. Payment is by euro bank transfer or cash - unable to pay in GBP through booking.com but was sorted easily.

The owner was very kind and available. The place was near the wood perfect for walking with the pet.

The property manager Jeanette was very helpful - we were in contact over phone and email before we arrived at the property and she was waiting for us on our arrival date to hand over the keys, explain the facilities and show us around. We had an apartment with a kitchen. The apartment was well appointed. The kitchen had a decent sized refrigerator (not a mini fridge) with freezer, dishwasher, oven, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine and microwave. The washing machine was in a common use area (we did not use it). The shower and bathroom was very clean and spacious. The apartment complex is just a 5-minute drive away from Triberg. There are 2 supermarkets (Edeka Bruder and LIDL) close by. The views from the apartment were awesome.

The parking spaces could have been better as the closed garage was very cramped. But there are open spaces as well for parking. But I understand that each apartment has its own designated parking spot, so it is a matter of luck based on which apartment you get.

Our host, Jeanette Nock was very friendly and helpful, and was a phone call away if we had any issues. Thanks for making our stay very pleasant.

Location was great, nice views over Schonach village.

Difficult to collect the keys, nobody was around at our arrival. Had to call the local agents, who the brought the keys. Very small bedroom. No instructions how to turn on the heating. No soap.

Clean, well equipped and nice apartment located on top of a hill on the edge of the forest (the village is a 15 minute walk). Very nice owner. Good wi-fi signal. Nice terrace. Possibility to use the shared swimming pool and sauna in the neighboring building. Included in the price is the card to use public transport but with the car it is much more comfortable (the box is not very suitable for large cars). We would love to return.

Friendly host, underground parking, everything was very clean and there is a lot of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. The view from the apartment terrace is very nice. Location is quiet and no so touristy as Triberg.

Double bed was very small, windows aswell. The sofa bed was hard even for a child. Kitchen is very narrow, if you open the dishwasher door, there is no space left to pass. The water temperature of the indoor pool was very cold although there was a sign stating that it was 27º.
