kostenlose Parkplätze direkt in den Seitenstraßen, zentrale Lage, gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr, Bäcker direkt neben an, Lebensmittelgeschäft in wenigen Gehminuten

In Anführungszeichen Kleinigkeiten, die aber im Gesamtbild für einen hochwertigen Eindruck sorgen würden. Wenn was locker ist, einfach eben wieder befestigen. Möbel und Einrichtung wirkten etwas zusammengewürfelt. z.b Unheitliches Geschirr und Besteck, Möbel und Deko Uns hat es nicht gestört, dass gegenüber direkt eine Kirche ist, die zwar ev., aber durchaus leutfreundlich ist, zumindest den Tag über. Direkt an einer größeren Straße und Kreuzung. Stadtviertel ist etwas kulturell durchwachsen.

"Super Wohnung!"

FeWo hat zu 100% gefallen. Lage ist optimal zum Hafen gelegen. Waren während der Sail dort, somit guter Ausgangspunkt. Fahrräder konnten im Innenhof abgestellt werden.

PKW-Parkplatz muss in den umliegenden Seitenstraßen gesucht werden. Be- und entladen ist aber durch den Innenhof möglich. Vielleicht hat man auch Glück, einen der zwei Stellplätze dort zu ergattern.

Nous n'avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner. Très bien situé, une boulangerie juste à côté et des supermarchés pas très loin. A environ 20 minutes à pied du centre et 20 minutes du port de pêche.

Le WIFI est très mauvais, parfois il est même impossible de se connecter. Dans la cuisine, il manque un tire-bouchon et un ouvre-boîte. 3ème étage sans ascenseur.

Super schön renoviert. Schönes Ambiente. Balkon viel Platz

Matratzen zu hart. Dritte Etage ohne Fahrstuhl, nicht bei der Buchung erkennbar,in welcher Etage die Wohnung ist.
