Really nice apartment, well decorated and bright even on an overcast day. Private parking in the below ground garage on site. Asked for a highchair and got a crib and toys as well; very child friendly. Friendly and helpful owner who was easily contactable over the phone.

Could have been more than one roll of toilet roll included in the stay as we were three people. Also, would have been great if there was a cloth left in the kitchen so we could wipe the table\counters after food. Maybe a mop as well so we could clean up after ourselves as our toddler was there with us. But really these are minor things. Was a great place to stay overall.

Very comfortable apartment.

Groot appartement met alle faciliteiten, dichtbij centrum van Leipzig met eigen parkeerplek en grote tuin die bij het complex hoort.

A very spacious and beautiful apartment, perfect for relaxing and spending time. There is an underground parking garage, and a store is conveniently located nearby.

However, the check-in process and key handover system need significant improvement. We traveled by car and used the address provided on Booking.com in our GPS. As it turned out later, we arrived on the opposite side of the property. It was nearby, but difficult to navigate. Upon arrival, I called the host as instructed. I expected the host to meet us at the apartment, but instead, he had hidden the key. He sent me a photo showing where the key was hidden—in some bushes. It took me a very long time to locate them. It was dark, raining heavily, and I had to search through the bushes for the key. When I finally found it, there were no instructions: How to open the gates? Which door leads to the apartment? How to access the parking garage? These are questions every guest would naturally have! Searching for the key, the entrance, and the parking space took an hour, leaving us cold and soaked. Once inside the apartment, we discovered that the parking gate key was broken. The host promised to bring a replacement the next day but never did and didn’t follow up. While the apartment itself was lovely, the check-in experience was extremely stressful and needs urgent attention to improve the guest experience.
