S.F.C. Apartments

The apartment was very clean inside.

The communal areas were filthy and smelt dreadful, including the corridor outside the apartment, which reeked of stale food and stale cigarettes. The lift was filthy. There was a picture of a rat climbing out of a toilet on the door of the car park. The apartment look out onto another car park and a rubbish dump. The sheets on the bed were not cotton, but a really horrible stretchy man-made material. The first thing I did was go to a department store to buy a cotton sheet.

The location is fantastic- a very short walk to the center of Trier and it was quiet at night. The bed was big and comfortable. The check in instructions were very helpful as it involves a few steps to get in but the host walks through it all very clearly. The fan and coffee provided were very appreciated.

The parking garage is a bit tight if you have a bigger car but mostly manageable. You could hear people in the hallway very clearly, although the other people around us were mostly respectful and quiet.

The location of the apartment was perfect for transport by bus or train. The apartment provided everything needed for cooking and even salt, pepper and spices which a a very pleasant surprise. Even coffee caps for the machine. Thanks. The Wifi was excellent and dependable for Zoom and video messaging. Spotlessly clean place to stay.

Bring a mobile phone with a torch to see the numbers on the key lock box. It is in a dark place.

There was a spider in the shower 😊

It's located in a very convenient neighbourhood.

It was hard to enter the garage, the self check-in process was a bit complicated.

Clean modern had everything we needed
