Location was great!

Smelled as if the previous guests smoked in the room and there was quite a lot dust. It was not a very warm welcome; the owner refuses to try to speak English.

Die Lage ist gut - zentrumsnah. Bergblick. Allerdings ist bereits früh morgens viel Verkehr (laut bei geöffnetem Fenster).

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. Get the bus (free with your Guest Card) to Konigssee and take the short hike to Malerwinkel viewpoint. Well worth the effort for the most amazing views. Most places closed on Sunday, including the restaurant downstairs from the apartment. Take a day trip to Salzburg which is only 50 minutes away by bus.

It was not clear at the property where to go to check in.

Steep walk from station - no air con

Location was excellent with beautiful Mountain View’s. Restaurant with good meals below rooms. Free bus service for tourists that took us to lake Konigsee and to eagles nest. Would definitely recommend this place

Fantastic view from the balcony. Location to buses and the old town was great. Nice atmosphere from the restaurant below - which was excellent. Staff were excellent checking us in and when dealing with us in the restaurant.

For the price we paid a bit of shampoo, soap etc could be provided. No sign of a dishcloth to wash dishes/cutlery or a tea towel to dry delph and cutlery. Perhaps a few teabags and/or coffee. We didn't eat much in the apartment but why provide good kitchen facilities but a single dinner plate? No response to a request for WiFi codes when we couldn't access the WiFi. Similar to others I found the apartment a little musty and had the balcony door open most of the time. Another point, this is a studio not a one bedroom apartment. I hate being negative but a few small changes would improve this apartment so much...and we really enjoyed our interaction at the restaurant - fantastic food at great prices served by wonderful staff

Die zentrale Lage, von der aus wir unsere Ausflüge mühelos ohne Auto unternehmen konnten. Das komfortable Bett. Die gute Küche des Restaurants im Erdgeschoss hat uns überzeugt.

Einige wesentliche Haushaltsgegenstände fehlten, wurden aber auf Nachfrage sofort besorgt.
