City Apartments FN L7 KLIMATISIERT-mit Küche

The apartment was spacious, well furnished, and modern. The bed was comfortable and the A/C was fantastic. I managed to lock the key inside (so I thought, but it was in my purse) and the owner sent her son to help us.

All the parking spots were taken in front of the building so my husband had to find parking elsewhere—luckily it was only a 6 minute walk away.

We booked a two bedroom apartment for two nights (for two people) and enjoyed this wonderful accommodation. Check-in/out process was easy and smooth, and the host was always fast responsive. The location is really close to the train & bus station (very convenient for those visiting without a car) with easy access to the lake, restaurants, supermarket, other shops and post office nearby. As the apartment is very close to the train tracks, it is unavoidable that we could feel the trains from inside the apartment. Good thing is that the building, windows and door are solid, and sound-proof is quite well done, so it was tolerable. The rooms are beautiful with nice beds, clean linens and towels provided like in a hotel. The wardrobes provide very good space for clothing and luggage. Overall facilities in the apartment including shower/toilet are clean and neat, and water & heating systems are powerful; even the hair-dryer is a good one. There is no kitchen, but there is a microwave, coffee machine and water cooker (and of course a fridge in the room). The complimentary coffee and the culinary sets (the provision of coffee pads, tea bags, creamer, coffee cups, glasses...etc. and also disposable cups/plates/knives/forks...etc.) are very well-thought and well-organized. I missed cleaning detergent for cups, but for a short stay, it was totally fine. For the unit we used, both bedrooms have their own wardrobes and TVs. The main bedroom is also a living room, where there are bigger table(s) and 4 chairs to allow us to sit down comfortably to talk and eat.

The piping sound of the heating system was noticeable in the apartment; at night, it sounded like whispers. This didn't bother me, but my friend who shared the apartment was more sensitive to noise and was a bit bothered.
