Apartment im Stadtzentrum mit W-LAN Home Sweet Home

O apartamento é bem localizado e fica próximo dos principais pontos de Furth ou até mesmo Nuremberg. O apartamento cumpre o que promete, não espere mais do que isso. O espaço da cozinha tinha bastante itens, isso nos ajudou alguns dias, principalmente pq estávamos com uma criança.

O apartamento em si é bastante simples. Tivemos um problema com o apartamento quando chegamos, pois por algum erro técnico (acredito), haviam reservado um apartamento menor para nós. Conseguimos contato diretamente com o proprietário que nos cobrou 200 euros adicionais para termos o apartamento maior. O prédio parece ser bem antigo e os corredores têm um cheiro terrível de cigarro antigo, mas o apartamento em sim não há cheiro de cigarro. Outro ponto bastante decepcionante é o cheiro do banheiro, uma mistura de cheiro de esgoto com mofo e sem saída de ar, tenho que dizer que é bem desagradável. Há vagas de estacionamento ao redor do prédio mas nem todos os dias conseguimos encontrar vagas gratuitas próximas ao prédio. Estava muito frio e em alguns dias precisamos andar um pouco a mais para parar o carro. Falar com o proprietário não foi um problema, conseguimos contato rápido com ele, porém, foi bastante rude em alguns momentos.

Beds were comfortable and one appartment was fine enough

We were divided into two apartments and the second apartment didn't even had a door on toilet and bath room and so called kitchenet and washroom's washbasins were on same shelf. In other words bath room and kitchen were in same room. The entrance to bedroom was through the bathroom and main door could open directly into washroom... it was the weirdest arrangement I had ever seen and on reporting to land lord he started blaming back for choosing it first and causing him trauma by questioning . This was our worst booked apartment .

Very good apartments, super-well equipped too. Host was very helpful. There were some issues with WiFi (global to the area it seems), but they were resolved quite efficiently. Overall can strongly recommend this place.

Enough beds for our family. Good location. Kitchen stocked with basics so we could Cook quick easy meals for the kids. The host also left fruit and snacks for us. Very thoughtful.

Location, clean, comfortable

It is a clean apartment , the location is very nice; near to the public transportations, also many of supermarkets are available. The host Mr.Atilla is very kind; He answered our calls directly and met all our requests.

Location and ease of communication, ease of access were good, the host is friendly.

We feel a little let down, the room was not big enough for 2 adults and 2 toddlers, that is probably equally on us for not checking enough before booking as the pictures can be misleading unless you read the entire advertisement. There were also many other things that were not acceptable for any apartment, these include: Power sockets in kitchen not working, door hinge broken, windows poorly insulated resulting in a lot of condensation, pillows were too hard or too old, wall paper was coming off in places, exhaust in bathroom was constantly on, there is no privacy between bathroom and kitchen (except a curtain), the kitchen is not suitable for a family (it works for 2 adults), skirtings and paint should be touched up and so on. Sorry, but in all this is not acceptable even at a basic level.
