"very bad experience! hard to go into the room!"

They did not send me any message about how to go into the room and I do not know how to go into the building. I call ed her many times but she did not answer my phone, because my phone number belongs to the Netherlands, not Germany. I asked a native person to call her and she answered the phone, so I finally got into the room. the whole process took 1 hour. And after I aksed for the invoice or reciept, and she still did not reply me. Very bad experience!

Clear instruction sent via whatsapp at the day of arrival. It was really nice to see all the green trees from balcony. Free parking and has elevator to the rrom.

It will be even better if the fan is attached. During the stays, it was warm. The apartment has elevator, but still there's stairs at the entrance of the building, you have to carry stroller few steps further in order to take the elevator.
