Stayed 10 days here with 2 children, age 7 and 10.. Here’s our take about the apartment: - The apartment has a nice size and perfect for our family, kitchen‘s equipment quite complete with fridge, dishwasher, toaster and oven! Making it easy for us to prepare our meals.. - Location is also very convenient, close to the train station, edeka, tons of restaurants and of course, the beach! - Staff are very kind to help us when we need to refill things as we were staying for 10 days there. - Washing clothes is also possible, but with charges (2 euro to wash, 2 euro to dry & 50 cents for the detergent). - They also provide broom, brush and vacuum cleaner, exactly what we needed to keep the apartment clean after a day at the beach. - Parking is available but we didnt use it as we came with the train from Berlin. Some rooms of improvements: It would be nice to have some umbrellas in the apartment as there were some rainy days there but this is also due to lack of preparations from our side. Overall, it was the perfect apartment for our stay and we would definitely come back next year to this apartment if we go to Binz.

Location is perfect - 3 minute walk to a large sandy beach and restaurants/pubs all very close as well (10-15 minutes walking max.). The flat was large and spacious with everything needed. Washer and dryer on the first floor was very helpful also.
