Location is good Apartment is spacious. There's parking on-site.

- Getting the keys was a stressful process - the person that manages the property made it sound like we should know which unit we were staying in (there is an upper and a lower apartment). We hadn't been told so didn't know which keys to take. The keys are also not even marked clearly with which is up or down. The person managing the flat made it seem like it was our fault. - Secondly the apartment smells like ground in smoke - we brought this up with the person who manages the property who essentially responded by saying it is a nonsmoking apartment. Please beware if you are sensitive to smoke - Lastly note that the check-in hours are STRICT - we had to be out by 10am and not allowed to check-in until 5pm - there was no accommodation for early arrival. I understand cleaning needs to happen but this is a big window for that - and on top of that it seemed less than ideally cleaned - still some cobwebs above the shower.

Great layout, plenty of room and fabulous lookout from the balcony. Easy access with a car and plenty of street parking. I would give this an excellent rating except for the lack of fans in summer.

Smell of smoke noticeable to non smokers. Providing fans (they’re a minimal cost) would have helped make sleeping more comfortable. 30+C days meant the bedrooms took a long time to cool down even with bedroom doors and windows fully open. Trying to sleep initially was uncomfortable because of the heat. It would be a nice extra touch for guests to have the option.

Bedroom, kitchen, bathroom = everything! Very nice garden to rest in......

Location is good. It is walking distance to the center. A very quiet area and we have a nice view of the mountains from the room.

We requested more toilet papers but were told that we get only the basics. We were a group of 4 people staying for 3 nights but only 1 new roll and one almost finished leftover toilet papers were provided.

It was a great experienced coming to Garmisch and choosing Amelie place.The host was so friendly and responsive.My family really 💕 it.Everything they said in the description are all there and what we exactly utilized.

The location is absolutely incredible. Walking distance from numerous lovely restaurants and shopping area, while still a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Easy access to all the skiing Garmisch-Partenkirchen has to offer. Also the house has all the amenities you could possibly need and lovely views of the mountains on clear days.
