Die Wohnung an sich war sehr schön hell und gut aufgeteilt. Die Lage war gut.

Die Sauberkeit Bettwäsche war nicht frisch, hat gestunken. Handtücher haben nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Im Kühlschrank lag noch essen von den Vormietern. Der Boden war überall dreckig, nicht gesaugt. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer absolutes NoGo…. Müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden. Der Empfang war auch nicht gerade der netteste…

Die Wohnung lag in einem sehr grünen Stadtteil von Wilhelmshaven. Es war ruhig und sauber. Vor der Tür gab es Parkplätze.

Insgesamt war der Preis relativ hoch. Weiterhin verfügte die Wohnung im Wohntimmer (mit den zweiten Bett) über keine Vorhänge was für eine erholsame Nachtruhe doch eher nachteilig war. Ein weiterer negativerPunkt war der starke Geruch von künstlichen Lufterfrischern in der gesamten Wohnung. Für uns war das sehr belastend.

Sehr sauber Wohnung hatte Küche alles was man braucht. Wohnung war stadt nah 10 min zu Fuß. kann die Wohnung empfehlen. würde sie wenn es sich. ergibt wieder nehmen
