Perfectly Downtown / Mitten im Geschehen

Enough space for two people in the one bed flat without a lot of luggage, centrally located near shopping areas* and close to our venue of interest. All the usual amenities available. Good WiFi. Easy access to the apartment. * For people sensitive to noise: At night, the noise from the street from passersby may be clearly audible. Disposable earplugs were kindly provided on site.

Schöne Einrichtung, sauber.

Eingang zum Haus dunkel und heruntergekommen, starker Baulärm ab 8 Uhr direkt aus der Wohnung darüber.

Ein wirklich gemütliches Apartment, das liebevoll mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man benötigt. Ich war schon 2x, immer für eine Nacht dort. Allerdings könnte man sich auch mehrere Tage in dem Apartment ( auch bei Regenwetter ) wohl fühlen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr daran interessiert, das man sich wohl fühlt, dazu sehr verbindlich und flexibel. Die Kommunikation ist perfekt. Alle Geschäfte sind fußläufig und kleine Caffees in spuckweite. Parkplätze gibt es in der Nähe. Jederzeit und immer wieder gerne wird " Perfectly Dowtown " mein Favorit sein, wenn ich in Wiesbaden bin.

Das Internet schwächelt manchmal , aber damit kann man zurechtkommen. Grundsätzlich gibt's nichts auszusetzen, was erwähnenswert wäre

Nachts war es durchaus lebhaft was aber in der Lage akzeptabel war.

This apartment is in an excellent location. Unfamiliar with the area it took a few more minutes to find the apt but is was worth it. Close by to many restaurants and a lovely bakery too. The apt was cozy and well appointed. The host did a good job on this place.
