Lage ist gut, man ist rasch am See.

Bei der Ankunft roch es in der Wohnung nach Rauch. Das hat uns irritiert. Einmal gut durchlüften hat aber geholfen. Es wäre auf jeden Fall wünschenswert, dass sich Gäste an das Rauchverbot halten.

During our stay (July 2025), I can say that it is a quiet neighbourhood. One night, the neighbours had a party until 2 a.m., but otherwise it was quiet. Everything is as described, the kitchen is fully equipped, excellent. Electric shutters on the balcony side make it nice and dark, perfect for sleeping in. On the balcony, you have sun in the late afternoon. On the front door side, you have sun in the morning. We had two e-bikes with us, which we were able to store in the basement storage room belonging to the apartment after consultation with the host...very nice thanks again for that.

There were three key boxes at the front door of the apartment complex. It wasn't clear which one you were supposed to use... annoying. According to my standards, the mattress is almost ready to be replaced. If I may make a suggestion, buy two 80 cm beds and place them against the wall so that you have a strip in the middle of the room where you can both get out of bed. Now one person has to climb over the other to get out of bed... annoying. You have to reserve the sauna with the caretaker of the building, which was too much hassle for me, so I didn't do it.

It is a beautifully renovated, well equipped little apartment with everything you could ever need. We loved all the little details that make the apartment so comfortable and homely. The pool is a real plus, although the water was quite cold. The owner is very responsive to all questions and requests. We really enjoyed our stay, despite the bad weather all the time.

Food availablility

Well equipped kitchen, cleanliness, good sized TV (for those who do watch it) and easy to check in at any time of evening. There's a small swimming pool in the building that we had used while staying in another apartment but unfortunately it was closed on most of the days (holiday break, so understandable).

This applies to most properties in the area but the internet speed is well... lacking a lot. 2-4Mbps is a bit 2000's-ish ;) May be an important factor if you're into publishing content while travelling.
