Piękna okolica nad jeziorem, świetna organizacja jeśli chodzi o odbiór i zdanie kluczy oraz parking (każdy apartament miał indywidualnie wskazane miejsce). Apartament wygodny, jasny, przestronny, doskonale wyposażony. W pobliżu marina oraz restauracja z pysznym jedzeniem i elastyczną obsługą - dotarłyśmy parę minut przed zamknięciem, a mimo to zdecydowano się nas obsłużyć. Chciałabym tu jeszcze kiedyś wrócić :-)

Zabrakło informacji o podatku turystycznym z odpowiednim wyprzedzeniem (5 EUR od osoby za dzień). Optymalnie byłoby dostać info na etapie rezerwacji lub pierwszego dnia. Ja dostałam w przeddzień wyjazdu i musiałam pojechać do innej miejscowości by go zapłacić. Na miejscu okazało się, że potwierdzenie opłaty daje różne korzyści podczas pobytu. Niestety już nie sprawdziłam jakie...

Zu wenig Stau Raum

Quiet location. A small village on the banks of the Neuensiener See. A collection of several houses, each with several separate apartments. The ground floor apartments have their own outdoor seating area. Our apartment (#22) had a sitting area in the garden, away from the house. A parking space for each apartment is reserved in front of the house, but with a big or long car it would be difficult to park in such a way that you don't limit the others. The village is absolutely quiet, 1-2 pubs, open practically only in the evening. We did not visit them so we can't rate. A mobile bakery comes to the village several times a week. Shopping can be done in Seelin / Baabe - about 12 minutes by car. The apartment was very clean, efficiently furnished. Duplex apartment on the first floor of the house. Downstairs living room (sofa, large TV, radio) and well equipped kitchenette. Large and spacious bathroom connected to the toilet. Shower corner. The water flowed without any problems whenever hot, water pressure perfect. Hairdryer included. On the first floor up a steep spiral staircase is the bedroom. It is under a sloping roof so taller people may have a problem. Bed is smaller (160cm wide?), single mattress - if you're not used to it, it's a partnership challenge :-) The bed creaked, we couldn't figure out the reason, probably the slatted grate...? There were mosquitoes (on beginnign of hot September), the windows in the bedroom are without nets, so another challenge, but understandable given the location of the accommodation. The place is a great base for trips (we did cycling) to the south and south east of the island. Contact with the owner was at all times via the app, key handover via box. Everything went smoothly. We recommend the stay for couples who want to experience a quiet holiday in nature with a stay away from the tourist centers.

The apartment was very sweet and specious, it could easily fit 4 people. The bathroom was modern, the shower was fantastic. There's a sweet spiral staircase that leads to the attic where the bedroom is, which is super romantic. Close by there is a lovely bakery that comes every morning between 8 to 11, that was soooo convenient. Very quiet, the perfect getaway for city people.

The apartment is very sweet, the only problem is that this property is more suited for a longer stay and maybe people with a car. There is the opportunity to purchase bed linen, but we didn't reply fast enough and the landlord wasn't able to accommodate our later request for a fully prepared bed. I think for a stay of 2 nights it is a little much to ask people to bring their own linens and towels. Furthermore, the buses are unreliable with timings, considering that there is only one bus every two hours, that was inconvenient for us.
