Tidy and newly arranged apartments. Good location, not too far from the Bremen center. Good equipment in the kitchen.

The owner did not communicate very well. I have received the message that the apartment I have booked is overbooked for that days (how is that possible if it was confirmed a month ago!). The owner arranged a completely different apartment in the same part of the city. The apartment that was initially ordered was supposed to be with two separate rooms for two couples, however the apartment we have received was fit to accommodate 3 persons in one room and 1 person in the other room. One room did not have any curtains at all, only one toilet paper roll was available in all the apartment. The mattress on the sofa bed was awfully uncomfortable.

The location was good. It was warm and fairly comfortable.

There were black hairs on the bedside table. The extra bedding that I requested in advance never appeared eventhough I called when we arrived. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. The wifi didn't work even after I had called and received new log-in details.

Refurbished apartment., very pleasant. With a few changes listed below it would be perfect. Not too far from a variety of shops including bakers and supermarket ( at the end of the road) Good location Very good and quick short tram journey into centre of town 1 .50 Euros. (Pay on board). Could also be walked..

Last minute change of apartment , we had already taken a taxi to original choice..very inconvenient. Lack of and slow response from the owner. We had no heating for the duration. I had specifically asked for it and was listed in the amenities. We are elderly with heart problems. Tv stopped working properly .No instructions anywhere. No curtains in lounge. No full length mirror anywhere. No microwave and toaster. Some non stick pans were badly scratched ( not clean full of grease), need replacing. Dangerous steep steps down to apartment. Leaves need sweeping, dangerous when wet. . Seating in lounge is a little uncomfortable as day bed is not good for sitting on. Extra chair would be useful. If these changes were implemented then it would be a super apartment.

We could not get into the property. Tried calling would not work. Sent email no response. After 25 minutes of being unable to use the given code as there was no place to input the code. We were fortunate that another couple staying in apartment 2 showed us how to slide a plate op to expose the place to input the code. They also had much trouble with the key lock. It would be simple to add to the instructions how to use the code. For god’s sake get a felt pen and add an arrow and say slide. Not impressed with the inconvenience we were late for an appointment. Fix this.

Room so much warm. No fan. Lots of insects there from the outside. No net in the balcony and windows.

the space was ok.

The WiFi was not working and no one did nothing to repair it. There was no key in the safe. it took 30 minutes, after several calls, to get in.
