Ferienwohnung JaRa 1 mit Sauna

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss, aber ist hell genug. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, nach Aachen oder den umliegende Orten ist es nicht weit.

Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus und die Zufahrt dahin sind wirklich eng. für ein Mittelklassefahrzeug (wie uns) ok, aber Besitzer größerer Fahrzeuge sollten dem Rat der Besitzer folgen und an der Straße parken.

L'appartement est vraiment très confortable, spacieux, propre, bien chauffé, très bien équipé... Nous n'avons pas rencontré les propriétaires mais les informations transmises pour aller au logement et prendre les clés sont parfaitement adaptées et complètes. Nous avons échangé durant le séjour et avons apprécié leur réactivité et leur gentillesse. C'est vraiment l'endroit parfait pour visiter Aix la chapelle et l'Eifel.

The owner sent instructions upfront with necessary infos and pictures i.e. how to get the property, how to use the key box, etc. Adequate welcomeness but not too much, just right for us The property is well maintained with considerate details i.e. the heating floor of the bathroom

Minor things for improvement: 1) We couldn't figure out how to use the TVs in the living room and bed rooms, a simple explanation would be good. 2) We switched off all lights at night for good sleep and energy savings, but a few sensor night lights would help to pour a glass of water or find toilet at night.
