A very clean apartment in a well-insulated building on a quiet street in a beautiful part of Essen! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the apartment remained cool in the hottest summer days! The host was very considerate and polite, and responded promptly at all times! Check-in and check-out were easy.

We liked everything!

The location was great. Close to all amenities like chemists and markets, cafes, and restaurants. Train was also nearby but not working due to maintenance.

The house was comfortable. However, we found the kitchen hot and cold water balance to be troublesome. The hot water runs whether you want it or not, and it is extremely hot! Also, the bathroom door is very noisy and could use some attention. Apart from those two things, we enjoyed our stay. Loved Essen!

The owner was not ontime, the park was not good for kids, no parking (on street).

Cleanlines can improve. You can lock yourself outside the property if forget teh keys inside as the door is automaticaly close. The person to hand over the keys did not know other language such as English or French to assist with information. Which would be expected in the hospitality industry.

No thing at all.

Every thing, I didn't stay i can't find park for my car , and the keys were in different address also NO one answer to my calls , it was sooooo bad after 20hrs of travelling with my family, i paid money for nothing, I went to a hotel they was so nice and they gave me good discount. I don't know how i can get my money back from Griffn Properties Flora.

Better towels and better information about how to check out when the reception was not open. More confortable bed in the living room.
