"Ein sehr schöner Urlaub"

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Alles wichtige ist in direkter Nähe. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man zum Leben braucht. Der Parkplatz bzw. ein Parkplatz ist sehr wichtig in Binz. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist sehr eng und für Menschen mit Mobilitätsproblemen nicht geeignet. Es kommt aber drauf an welche Wohnung man hat, da diese über den Stellplatz entscheidet. Leider haben sich wohl einige Vögel in der Tiefgarage nieder gelassen und die Einfahrt total verdreckt.

"Solide Ferienwohnung"

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut gelegen und solide ausgestattet. Man kann dort gut paar Nächte verbringen. Es war sauber und es gab sogar einen Parkplatz dazu.

Leider gab es keinen Föhn. Bei der Check Out Auskunft wird man aufgefordert keinen Müll in der Wohung zu hinterlassen. Ok - man kann den Müll selbst runter bingen in die Container vor dem Haus. Mehrere Mülleimer zur Müll Trennung wären von Vorteil gewesen, um das Trennen bei der Abreise am Müllplatz zu vermeiden... Das war sehr unvorteilhaft.

"Excellent stay in Binz"

The location of the studio was excellent. It was just a short walk to many local restaurants and shops. The beach was a 5 minute walk away. The apartment was quiet. It was a large room which enough amenities for a stay of a few nights.

The room was very warm at night. A fan would have been useful.
