Lage sehr gut, sowohl zum Zentrum als auch zum Grünen Hügel. Parken im relevanten Teil der Straße gebührenpflichtig, im weiteren Umkreis gratis. Großzügiger, luftiger Altbau, gute Ausstattung.

L'espace et la décoration recherchée L'emplacement de l'appartement. La disposition des lieux

Au niveau des couettes : pas de tenue Les oreillers sont trop légers , pourraient être avec mémoire de forme , le plus courant actuellement, L'absence d'accueil. Présence de modes d'emploi des fours serait souhaitable. Une petite table serait parfaite sur la loggia! Cafetière Nespresso indispensable ! Ajouter quelques dosettes de café soluble!

Es war geräumig, stilvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. 2 Schlafzimmer und sehr modernes Bad. Sogar kleine Schokis lagen als Begrüßung da. Ich würde jederzeit wieder in Bayreuth diese Unterkunft buchen.

Selten so eine rundherum schöne Wohnung gesehen. Mir fällt nichts ein.

Einrichtung und Ausstattung sehr geschmackvoll, alles was man benötigt und noch mehr, vorhanden, nahe Lage zur Innenstadt, alles war hervorragend

Einzig der Blick aus den Fenstern, genauer, die umgebenden Häuser hätten schöner sein können... Blick auf Parkplatz mit lautem Generator. Ein benutzbarer Garten fehlt. Parken in der Einfahrt kostet extra.

This property was one of the best appointed we have ever visited. Everything was considered and we didn't want for anything extra. Very clean, excellent location, central to everything, very comfortable. We rented two apartments: the bottom floor (Superior) and level 1 (Balcony) for us and my parents. Both were wonderful, with the bottom floor have an extended bathroom and tub! Walking distance to good Semmel and a laundromat.

Not a dislike for the property, but keep in mind that most properties in Europe are not ADA friendly and you will need to plan for wheelchairs.

Perfekte Lage, großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Absolut sauber und alles da, was man braucht. Jederzeit wieder! Auch die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich
